Shrimp smothered in homemade chipotle (Mild Chipotle Sauce) or diabla sauce (spicy Diabla sauce), with a side of lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole served with rice, refried beans and corn or flour tortillas on the side. Very spicy dish!
